Exhibition "Magic" at NAI Shoushi

On October 28th Naregatsi Art Institute Shoushi Center unveiled the pottery exhibition "Magic" on the initiative of the Terracotta Studio.
The works of the exhibition were created in the period of July 6th to 12th during the pottery camp "Armenia in the 19th Century" organized at NAI under the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Artsakh, taking care of the participation of the Artsakh children in the camp.
-In the summer we were exploring and being inspired by the city of Shoushi with children. The goal was to get to know the history and culture of the great Armenian-populated city of Shoushi, the great heritage of our time. The exhibition features ceramic houses made by the children with their own hands, imitating Shoushi architecture. Every piece of art is made of white clay. The aim of the project is to show the public the researches and works done and to give Shoushi a revival through art, adding our small contribution to the cultural life of the city, - said in her opening speech Nana Manucharyan, head of the Terracotta Studio.
